Patricia received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona after completing her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is certified in Natural Language Acquisition. As a high school student, Patricia completed an internship that introduced her to the field and she grew to love this profession. She finds it rewarding to not only help kids effectively communicate but also empower parents to use strategies used in sessions at home with their kids. Outside of Kids Place, Patricia enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, kayaking, off roading, and hiking in addition to watching tv shows, reading, and crafting.
