I’ve been coming here for about 2 years for various issues, however Brooke has been my PT for about 1.5 years. Based on how I present to her on my scheduled day, she modifies my exercises or adds to and/or administers another treatment type to help alleviate current symptoms that contribute to the reason for the physical therapy. Without her, I would struggle w/my day to day routine & have more mobility issues.

My therapist, Nick, is so helpful in my rehab after my knee replacement. Also, Allie and Rima were great as subs. AZ OPT is the best - even though they don’t accept my UHC Medicare plan.

I wish to express my my thoughts about AzOPT Goodyear. My wife 92 years of age has been attending therapy there for almost a year now. She's attending because last year after being hospitalized for two weeks with pneumonia, while home she took a fall and lost all confidence in her ability to walk. It was doctor recommended to enroll in therapy. Having attended AzOPT years previously, we decided to enroll again. Best decision i made. As I have seen the advancement made in her ability and confidence. The staff, starting with the receptionist Mylena are exceptional. Mylena is caring about her patients, making sure of the scheduling and any accommodations they may need, often having to adjust to the patients conditions. Then my wife's two therapists, Brooke Smith and Jasmine Lhotka. Between each of them, they managed to advance my wife's fear of walking, to now walking with assistance of a walker. My wife is a changed person. These two therapists not only changed my wife's ability to walk, but her confidence. She looks forward to her therapy sessions. Started 3 days after knee replacement. Friendly fully trained and certified Physical Therapists do a great job of helping you focus on healing quickly. Nice facility, ample parking and easy to get to. This is my third time I've used this business.

I’ve been a patient at AZOPT for several injuries, most recently my right shoulder. Jasmine is my therapist and is always so informative and professional when I’m there in clinic I appreciate her explaining what specifically is transpiring in my shoulder from the repetitive motion in my right shoulder on top of a chronic injury. Not to mention she is easy to talk with as I’m putting in the work and it helps mask the pain. The whole clinic is a positive environment and is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get over an injury, surgery and improve quality of life. Thanks AZOPT! 😊

I have been going to AzOpT for rehabilitation after a hip replacement. I also went here 10 years ago after a knee replacement. Both experiences have been very positive. From their front desk to the therapists and the assistants, this is a very good business. I would highly recommend it. I know I am getting stronger every day.

I have been coming here for almost a year in order to prepare for knee surgery and then rehab after knee replacement surgery. Melina always greets me with a smile and is so helpful with scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Jasmine has been wonderful with every step of my therapy. She listens to any concerns and makes suggestions on how to adapt. She also continues to challenge me and encourage me to do more. I still have a road ahead as I now need to prepare for my left knee replacement and then rehab. I am confident this team will get me through it all.

I have lower back issues going on among ither weird anomaliesthat make things difficult. The therapist that have worked with me have taken those into consideration so I dont hurt myself or cause discomfort. I built strength and am moving towards a pain free life or close to it with their help. Highly recommend.

AZOPT has helped me return to a normal life several times. After COVID they helped me regain strength and ability in my legs. Now I am getting a lot of relief from chronic back pain. Brook is amazing and Melina always has a smile and so helpful making appointments!

Nick is an exception PT! He has wonderful bedside manners, gives you ideas and suggestions to do at home for continuous improvement, and when with him, he takes the time to see how you have been doing between appointments. He will adjust your visits as needed to meet your current need without overworking your body. The environment feels safe and everyone is very supportive. They strive in ensuring you leave feeling better!

Incredible staff and support to help with any body problems

I have had the best experience so far at AzOPT! When I first came in for my neck after migraines from my brain surgery, I was greeted with a warm smile from Melina. Jasmine is my therapist and has helped so much with the pain and discomfort I feel daily. She really listens to what I experience and comes up with different types of modalities that help such as hands on therapeutic massage, dry needling and exercises that I can also do at home in between visits! The combination has expedited my healing and my physicians are so pleased with my progress. I’m so blessed for the team at AzOPT and would highly recommend them to anyone! 😊

I am not even sure where to start. I guess a good place is the front office staff. I am medically complex as are some of my children. We see a truly wild amount of specialists and doctors. I have never experienced the kind of care and attention from front office staff that Melina and Ivette deliver. I have never seen them provide anything other than highly empathetic, professional care to every patient. They are quick to respond, resourceful, warm, and efficient. I had another PT office I had to see for something AZOPT doesn’t specialize in, and I truly missed the experience I get in the front office at AZOPT when I was there. I began PT with AZOPT in the spring of 2024 for my back. My therapist and I had to work together to figure out how to improve my back because normal approaches weren’t as effective as one would expect. The therapist I had at the time (Logan) figured out a combination and order of operations that had my back improving for the first time. I then needed additional PT for my foot. Shortly after Logan moved to another location, I was diagnosed with a rare genetic connective tissue disorder that explained why he needed to change his approach. The new therapist I was with (Karim) spent time researching best practices for my condition, and shared vitally important information with me about how to approach my body and its quirks. He found a way to work around my foot without losing too much ground on my back and then folded in care of my foot when it was time. I am now working with Brooke, who continues to balance support during pain/inflammatory flares and pushing me for progress within my limits. Due to my condition, I am likely to need lifelong support from physical therapists. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have found AZOPT. Others with my condition are not as blessed as I am with their PT providers. The condition I have is autosomal dominant, meaning my biological children have a 50/50 chance of having it. All three of them have been seen by therapists at AZOPT and have learned how to protect their joints from issues related to the condition. The therapists and staff were kind and very tolerant of my chatty, neurodivergent kids. I am currently listening to Brooke talk through my 10 year olds concerns with her. My daughter is learning how to communicate with medical professionals and also learning what will help her body. I have recommended this office to everyone I know. I’ve had three other family members see therapists here (Jasmine included), and all of them have been absolutely thrilled with their care. AZOPT is a teaching office, so at certain times of the year students are present in the office. It is really informative to hear the therapists coach their students. The only time I ever had a concern it was addressed promptly and professionally. At one point my insurance company was being a nightmare. AZOPT billing was patient and helpful while I figured out what was going on with them. Truly, they have it together here and you should give them a try.

I have been going to AZ opts Goodyear for a while now and everyone is very nice and it's so great how all the physical therapists encourage you I am very happy with Karim and Tyler who both challenged me and never made me feel bad about myself when I couldn't do one of the challenging exercises and it is always great to meet Melina with her great smile and how she goes above and beyond to get us scheduled thanks AZ opts Goodyear

Gillian is the best! I can walk up the stairs and even jog now without pain. She is always so cheerful and positive and gave me excises to do on my own between our sessions. I hope I don’t need to go back, but know I will be in good hands if I do!

I had an injury from my bootcamp class and was referred to Genevieve for a consultation. I loved her from the minute I met her and was so glad to continue therapy with her. She listened to my concerns and gave me exercises that helped me focus on getting back to bootcamp in a way that I felt safe and confident! I highly recommend her!

Gillian is the best! She is creative,(never bored), Interested and attentive to what happened in the past week when I wasn't in P.T., and improving all the time. Great Gillian is what i call her. Gillian is a miracle worker, I am not easy!

I have been referred to AzOPT 3 times now.....once for my shoulder, and twice for my left hip. I had excellent treatment from all 3 therapists (Jasmine, Melissa & Caleb). The hip treatments were for different injuries. They are very professional and know what is needed for your recovery. The facility is clean and it was easy to get appointments that fit my schedule. It will always be my "go to" therapy site. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about AZOpt in Goodyear. Have been a patient here on and off for 18 years. Recently, I had PT over 5 months for back to back total knee replacements-8 weeks apart. My primary therapist was Jasmine. I could not have done this without her. But, all of the therapists are terrific. In addition to Jasmine, Jillian worked with me fairly often and is wonderful. Over the 5 months, I think all of the therapists worked with me at least once. I would not hesitate to use any therapist there.

I had double total knee replacements last year (May and December). Both times, I was assigned to Karim. His due diligence with with me helped me go from being dependent on a walker to walking without any aids. Thank you, Karim! My role as a family caregiver is easier to do with knees that don't hurt every day. I love AzOPT!

I went to see my surgeon yesterday and he cleared me! Meaning I don’t have to see him anymore..😀👏👏👏.. Last year during this period I experienced a skiing mishap that required two surgeries on my Lt. knee. I am truly grateful for the care that I received at AzOPT Jasmine L. was excellent and incredibly attentive in taking the time to understand the specific of my recovery.She explained each exercise and made sure that I understood the purpose and the proper technique.The session was tailored to my needs with focus on strengthening, mobility and pain management. She really helped me regain my strength and most of all my self-confidence.The staff was very friendly and everyone was professional which made the whole experience even better….THANK YOU SO MUCH from the bottom of my heart ❤️ …

My initial visit to see Caleb, at AZ OPT, was due to the urgency I had to improve my mobility while waiting for an MRI. Caleb began a cautious treatment on my achilles tendon while I waited for the MRI test and results. After confirmation that the injury was such that I could move forward with PT, Caleb has continued treating my injury, according to my tolerance level: promoting healing but not causing pain. I have been very pleased with the work that has been done on my ankle, foot, and leg. My mobility and strength are close to what they were prior to my injury. I look forward to a complete recovery very soon. In addition to seeing Caleb, I have also met with other Phys. Therapists at the office, including Brooke and Abby. Though they were not my primary doctors, they were able to seamlessly continue treatment when I was unable to make an appointment with Caleb. I am pleased with the communication between the doctors, the concern for patient well-being, the communication that I've had with the ladies at the front desk (Melina and Jasmine), and the treatment that I've received from this excellent clinic.

My journey at AzOPT has been a blast! Every time I walked in, Melina would greet my family and I with a smile on her face. No matter if we were half asleep or in a bad mood, her cheerful attitude has always been inviting. The staff is extremely nice and supportive. I had Karim as my physical therapist, and he made every visit fun. He would go at a pace that I was comfortable with but would also push me to do more in order to become more successful. When I first walked in, I was on crutches, in a knee brace, and barely able to tolerate any pressure. Now, 14 months later, I am able to run and walk with ease! I started PT with Karim about 2 months before my left knee replacement surgery for some relief from the daily pain and to make working a bit more dealable.....i had a knee replacement surgery on Aug 7 2024 and today is Dec 7 2024 my last day of PT and discharge.....it has been a grueling 3-4 months of PT and some of the most painful recovery sessions....Karim kept my emotions positive and helped me get thru the pain....I feel that the team was so professional, caring and friendly....I plan to use AZOPT for my next knee surgery in 7 to 10 months....thanks Ed.

Karim did such an amazing job. I came in with a broken femur and he worked with me till I could get around great. He exhibited such knowledge and patience with me. I can’t say enough good things about him and AZOPT in general. Great caring therapists.

As you enter the door you're greeted with a smile. Karim, my therapist, was very professional and kept me busy with exercises that greatly improved the pain in my back. He was constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing what I was suppose to be doing the correct way.

AZOPT Physical Therapy is the best PT clinic I've experienced. I go to the Buckeye location. Their mission in practice is to prioritize patients' well-being. All their therapist are licensed. My practitioner Cassidy Cooney, PT, DPT is exceptional I recognize him as a healer. His background in corrective exercise, joint and muscle manipulation serves me well. Along with listening, he is caring, and attentive to treatment. With pleasure I recommend them highly. I highly recommend AZ OPT for Speech therapy. I been bringing my son here for months and his improvement has increased. Thankful for this department. I appreciate The staff and his Speech therapist Allyssa for her expertise in the field. She Makes it easy and fun for Lorenzo and yet still learning with his ending sounds and also a better understanding of how the speech therapy process goes which is amazing to know as a parent. I recently had total knee replacement surgery and AZOPT helped me to get back on the baseball field after only 3 months of PT. They had challenging and fun exercises and knew how to get the most out of me. I am 67 years old and highly recommend AZOPT if you are in need of physical therapy!
