Hailey has helped me with my neck issues. Her training and guidance has helped my neck strength significantly. She's very personable and she's easy to talk to. Elsa the receptionist is always very welcoming when I come in. This location has valuable employees.

Elsa and Jasmine are great receptionists, very friendly I love how they bond with the kids. . I also love that they are very friendly and work with me patiently. They answer all my questions.

Hailey was outstandingl wouldn't have got thru without her help

I walked into AzOPT eight weeks ago having considerable shoulder and back pains. Through my work with Dylan, who was knowledgeable, encouraging, and determined to see me succeed, most, if not all the pain is now gone in my back and shoulder. Also, Dylan put together a comprehensive excercise regimen I will continue to utilize in the future for even greater results. I recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone looking for a friendly staff and a caring team to help guide you through a difficult season.

I’ve been working with Logan since December post foot surgery. He’s patient, creative in his approach, and he never gives up (even on rough days when I want to). I highly recommend AZ OPT!

So GRATEFUL to this team! I have been living with the worst case of Sciatica for the last 7 months, not finding any lasting relief. Sydney and Logan, PT therapist, worked wonders for me. After just a few weeks of working with them I can function again. They found solutions in stretching and strengthing along with Dry Needling that produced great results to alleviate the pain. The front staff, Jasmine and Elsa were very friendly and helpful as well!! Thanks to you all for helping me find great solutions!!!

Sidney was amazing! 🤩 She was the physical therapist working with my daughter, but she also came to know Logan as well. They both got on her level and Sidney worked so well with my daughter that she is able to run and participate in sports again! I highly recommend AzOPT! Had some insurance issues and Elsa was patient with me on working to get that sorted out! Thank you to the amazing staff!

They have a place to play fo ages 6 and under it cost $20 each pretty cool.

Elsa is a very attentive memberbof the clerical staff...she helps with schedule challenges, and always helps with necessary schedule changes. It is good to bevwelcomed bybhet genuine positive attitude

Most of my family goes to this clinic, including my dad, my daughter, and myself. Jeanna at Kids Place helped my daughter to meet her gross motor milestones after she fell behind due to health issues and hospital visits. She recently graduated now that her gross motor skills are all age appropriate! My dad sees Logan who is helping him to regain his strength, and I see Hailey who is assisting me with back pain. All very wonderful and dedicated therapists. Elsa and Jasmine are so helpful regarding scheduling. Everyone is so kind and delightful to work with.

Hailey was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable, and she was very good to my service dog 🐕 😊

They help my daughter with exercise for her ankles

I had the “pleasure” of being rear ended by a lady going 50-60mph while I sat at a red light recently. Slight sarcasm in the use of the word pleasure but even in pain blessings can be found. I’m not even sure how I got connected to AZOPT but I’m thankful that I ended up with them. The entire experience has been great. Everyone I have come into contact with has been a wonderful and kind person. With a head injury in the accident I stared off by missing an appointment and even showed up an hour before they opened on a day I wasn’t even scheduled. They handled all of that with kindness and understanding. Hailey even started early and went ahead and treated me that day. Speaking of Hailey. She is super kind, well educated, informative and just an all around fun person to spend a few hours a week getting beat up by. 😉 And she’s got a student shadowing her so she clearly cares about helping people in more ways than one. Physical Therapy three days a week at 7am isn’t my favorite thing about life but having Hailey and the AZOPT team be the ones treating me makes it much better than it could be. Thank you to all of you. Because of your care for injured people no doubt you will impact and help many lives. If you’re looking for a place to get your PT taken care of I would say “stop searching”. You found it.

My physical therapy journey with AzOPT- Glendale has been absolutely amazing. It has made such a positive impact on my quality of life. The atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable and that was made possible by the staff there. They were all so genuine and welcoming. Starting with Elsa the moment you walked through the door. Huge thank you and shout out to Logan for being such an excellent physical therapist. He is so knowledgeable, understanding and experienced and helped make this recovery very smooth, task friendly, and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend AzOPT to anyone in need of a physical therapist.

I worked with Hailey and she has been amazing. I went in with knee problems and couldn’t even bring myself to trot around or squat. Hailey pushed me and gave me a good foundation of exercises to do to build up my knee strength. I now don’t have any knee pain and am able to play pickleball and run. She has now got me started with working on tightness and pain in my back. After 2 sessions, I’m already feeling better and have a good foundation of things that can be done at home to gain flexibility and strength. Thank you so much, Hailey!!’!

I have been going to Hailey for 4 weeks now, hands down made this the best experience I’ve had. Although this is my First time doing PT She is the best instructor along side her personality is unmatched. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for a new place or just starting out physical therapy.

AZopt are very patient with my son. They work very well with him & help him feel comfortable.
