Liz received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2012 after receiving her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut. She has additional training in a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and is certified in Vestibular Rehab and Cervicogenic Dizziness. After observing a family member’s rehabilitation experience following a stroke, Liz was amazed at his recovery and how therapy restored his function. At the time, she was a nursing student, but quickly changed her path to physical therapy to help others achieve their function goals. Liz’s free time is centered around spending time with my family, traveling, gardening, and reading.
