Elisa completed her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Communication Sciences from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. As a child, Elisa had an articulation disorder and was unable to produce the /r/ sound. Her speech therapist made such a big impact in her self-confidence and social relationships that Elisa pursued the same career to have similar impacts on other children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, concerts, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
