Blake has been a Physical Therapist since 2018, specializing in aquatic therapy along with adult and pediatric orthopedics.  Blake is also our Site Coordinator for Clinical Education, helping current physical therapy students receive hands-on training from our Clinical Instructors. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active with his wife, two young boys, and a dog through swimming, skateboarding, and traveling around the American West.
