Cassy is knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat. Falling and hurting my back turned out to assist me with relieving some other job related injury. I highly recommend AzOPT and I especially like that there are few machines. Simple exercises I can do at home worked best for me. I am pain free and very happy with my results!

Ankle surgery destroyed my ankle. Surgeon asked to leave the hospital because of numerous complaints.
I waited far too long after surgery to get the expertise practiced by AZOPT staff.
I work to wear elevated shoes.
I greatly appreciate the knowledge of Acacia who is teaching me balance and walking more correctly.

AzOPT is where I've gotten the most help for my torn rotator cuff. All the PTs are top notch and it's a fun place to hang out. I really think I can avoid surgery!

Excellent therapy. These are the most dedicated to your needs. They dont rush you and they inquire about what's most important to achieve. All 3 therapists have been God sent.

Great people in a great place! I was at a pretty low movement, ability and hurting all over when I started PT. Casey started out giving me the exercises and massages I needed to get beyond my limitations. As I progressed, she changed my routines, adding new ones which again challenged my muscles and reach. The dry needling helped my muscles to relax, so better movement was achieved. Casey is fantastic and amazing! I would highly recommend her if you want to gain your physical movement once again. Just ask to pick the music for the day. Tell her Becky told you that it was your choice of music today.

Cassidy is wonderful to work with. I couldnt walk for weeks but after starting therapy it didnt take long to be able to walk again and resume other chores and activities. Always positive, encouraging, caring and just the right balance to keep going. I am so grateful to be doing better and honestly sad to not have PT as a regular. Cassidy, Thank you. Your passion and heart to help others is beautiful beyond measure!

Cassidy is the most dedicated, passionate, professional physical therapist I have ever been blessed to have. Unfortunately I have had to have quite a few. I have had three different doctors not bother to return my calls and Cassidy, she was right there emailing, calling to demand answers. She encourages me even on my worst days when my body doesn’t even show up for me. She gives me hope of what my future at this young age of 38 , almost 10 years medically menaposcule, 3 time stroke surviving, POTs flaring mom of two very on the go young ones, can be. Physical therapy is painful growth, light at the end of a very narrow tunnel for me. Everyone here is music in a magical orchestra and twice a week we get a front row seat to the symphony. My autistic son even feels comfortable enough to finally start his pt journey. Thank you to Cassidy first and foremost. But we love everyone at AzPt.

I came to AZOpt after starting PT in the Valley after spine surgery. What a pleasant difference! Everyone is friendly and professional, it’s not crowded like PT in the Valley and Cassidy is the best physical therapist I have worked with. His knowledge and kindness, made a very stressful experience achievable. I had a knee replacement. The rehab was painful and difficult, but Matt was encouraging and reassuring, and the end results are fantastic! I am already set up for my second knee in August.

I had a bad injury that required 2 surgeries and a lot of PT. I did 2 rounds at another PT company and didn't want to return there when my doctor wanted me to do a third round. Casey at AzOPT was wonderful. I feel I got more out of her PT sessions than the last place I went. She always mixed up the routine and continued to challenge me. After 2 months I was finally able to lift my right arm above my head. My arm will never be 100%, but Casey got me to 90%. I will forever be greatful to her.

Excellent rehab for my wrist rebuilding surgery postoperative. Very friendly staff with progressive exercises that I also do at home. Continuity of care with my PT practitioner assured a focused regimen that progressed seamlessly. Very satisfied with my care.

I previously went to another provider who disappointed in that they applied a cookie cutter fix; three different things without evaluating, and the same 3 things every visit.
AZOPT was completely different. I asked the assigned therapist to treat the diagnosis, but to also see me as a more complete system including all the things that fed into it. She went well beyond my expectations. She did a thorough evaluation along with periodic reassessments and adjustments to spec therapies. She asked questions and listened to the answers I gave. There were times during the course of treatment when she was not available, each one of the other 3 therapists were well enough informed of my case that they had no problem following along with me. A four are competent, attentive professionals I will continue to recommend most highly.

The best resource in Prescott for your orthopedic health. They are miracle workers compared to traditional orthopedic surgeons.

As it was suggested to me that I have a full hip replacement surgery, I thought that being in the best physical shape I could get into would make my surgery and recovery more successful by doing some pre-op PT.

My daughter referred me to AzOPT here in Prescott so I got the order from my surgeon and proceeded to participate in two sessions per week, and as I got closer to my surgery date, we moved to just one session per week.

My PT Therapist, Casey, shared with me that I was already performing at a very high level and really just needed to continue exercising at home with a couple of sheets listing specific exercises that would help me maintain my level of balance and strength.

My surgery is coming up in just over a week and I feel confident, that I have met my goal with the wonderfully diverse set of activities I've received over the past couple of months.

When the time comes after surgery, I hope to return to AzOPT for a full recovery goal and with no pain, except that which comes with gain.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for AzOPT. We visit Prescott in Summer from Florida. I made a call for PT - based on referral from my sister. It was so simple to arrange for an evaluation and PT schedule. The entire staff has been so friendly and welcoming. Cassidy and Casey (for my husband) were amazing. I had been doing PT for several months for lower back and herniated disc. I learned so much and have major improvements in under two months. Cassidy gave me an easy routine to follow at home to maintain my improvements!

I was in a bad work accident. I’m a house. Painter fell off a ladder headfirst and after two years I’m being in pain and stiff in my neck. I lost feeling in my legs and thank God I’m not paralyzed but when I got introduced to a PT Casey was my therapist and she was amazing. Awesome awesome awesome everybody says she’s an angel she got me to wear. I have my life back. I can do things I can function and I’m not in pain that much. I like to take Casey for everything she did for me thank you, Casey.

I had a great experience at AzOPT. The staff at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. My therapist was Cassidy. Cassidy was awesome. Cassidy was very knowledgeable and very caring. You could tell that she was very concerned for my well being. If I ever need physical therapy again, this is the only place I will go.

I have been seeing Matt on and off since 2021 for a burst L1, he and the team are an amazing group and I am so grateful to have found them. I'm a huge fan of dry needling, highly recommended!!

I was very pleased with the physical therapy I received from Cassidy. I had therapy twice a week for 6 weeks that was ordered by my neurosurgeon. My insurance had insisted that I do 6 weeks of therapy prior to authorizing surgery. I am now having surgery this week. If I need PT after surgery, I definitely will return to this facility. Not only was I able to begin my therapy sooner at this facility than anywhere else in town, I was very impressed with the whole experience offered here. I liked the idea of it being a smaller facility and felt I got very individualized/personalized care.

I had both my knees replaced in the last year and AzOPT was the most convenient PT facility from my home. The therapists pushed me to my limit and I was able to get to a range of motion of 0/144. They were compassionate yet tough. They listened to my personal story and understood my needs. They made me feel like a superhero with my accomplishment. Thank you Matt and Casey!

I wish I could give a 100 stars to Matt and Casey (Sorry if I misspelled your name,) These two people have been very patient, very caring and most of all very personable, which is very important to me. It helps me to be able and relax around people I don't know. Which allows me to feel and think more clearly leading to my understanding of whats going on. If I am feeling anxious and nervous. I clam up don't talk don't listen clearly, to busy wanting to get away. Matt and Casey Both have a wonderful way of making every single person that walks through the door , of feeling welcomed their issues are important, And you know they are listening to you and will work to ease your concerns. I love these guys. If I every need Physical Therapy again AzOpt is the place I will go. Thank you .

Everytime I came, I was greeted with a smile and genuine acknowlegement. Matthew was my therapist. His knowledge and approach to my treatment gave me confidence in successful healing from my ailment beyond my sessions there.

I had PT with Casey over the course of about 4 months for OA in my hips. Through PT, not only did my pain level go down, but I also regained my confidence in walking/hiking again and my balance improved. I thank you, Casey and AzOPT Prescott for all the help!
