Mrs. Caitlin has been such a gift to our family. From day one, she took the time to understand our son's hearing loss and the specific speech milestones he struggles with. She doesn’t just run through a lesson plan—she adjusts every activity to what actually clicks for him. If he needs movement, she moves with him. If he needs visuals, she shows them. If he’s excited, she matches that excitement perfectly.

Because of her thoughtful, hands-on approach, we’ve watched our son gain confidence with sounds that used to frustrate him, and celebrate progress more quickly than we could have imagined.

You can feel how much she genuinely cares each child and the unique path that they are on. She’s one of those people who makes a real impact and leaves you filled with gratitude to know her.

We love it here! Ms Abby has really helped my baby who had Torticollis and now you would never know! She is so knowledgeable and professional and we will always be so grateful for her. The facility is amazing and the staff are so friendly, always greeting us by name!

Great atmosphere! Great staff! My kids love it. It took us a bit to get all scheduled, evaluated, coordinated and ongoing but it’s been worth it! Sessions are a bit shorter than previous locations we’ve been but it works great with school schedule and everything!

My son loves coming here every day after I pick him up from school he wants to go here. The staff is amazing with the kids and are always willing to work with you. All the therapist are also amazing and super kind. I love bringing my son to his speech and his OT therapies.

Super patient, on top of it. Does their best to fit your schedule, Abby is the best PT person ever. I highly recommend this place for your child's physical therapy needs.

My daughter has been going here for about a year now and the staff is always super friendly, and patient with her! Abby is a wonderful physical therapist and always helps with suggestions on how my daughter can process more in her therapy. Front desk staff is always so welcoming to her as well. It’s a wonderful place!

We have been doing PT and Speech at Kids Place for the past several months. Big shoutout to the sweet front office staff who always greet my kids by name. Each of the therapists we’ve worked with have been great as well. We have seen so much progress in my children’s gross motor skills since beginning physical therapy. My daughter sees Miss Eliza for speech and my daughter always looks forward to seeing her. Everyone is very open to answering questions and you can tell they really care. I highly reccomend them!!

All of the staff at AZOPT are great! From Janelly and all the girls up front , and all of the therapists in the back from Ms Amanda, Ms, Danette, Ms Addy, Ms Abby and Ms Kelsey (both of them). My son has had the privilege of working with a lot of the great therapists there and they always treat him the best!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment you walk in my kids are greeted by name by the front desk ladies Audrey, Jazmin, and Janelly! It always just feels so welcoming every time we’re here. If I ever have a problem or question they are always there to answer the best way they can. My kids started speech 2 years ago with Eliza and Addie and let me tell you THEY ARE AMAZING! Just genuine people who really care about my children and their progression! We have dealt with many other therapists at this location and they’re all just as great! Always so helpful and supportive of my kids! When we first started here I was lost on what to do for my kids and they have helped guide me in every way possible. They’ve helped us start OT and feeding therapy within these past 2 years as well to help my kids reach their fullest potential! It truly feels like a second home to my kids and I will be forever grateful to them❤️

Kids Place in Gilbert has been an outstanding experience for our family. The front desk staff (Janelly) is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We are especially grateful for our favorite therapist, Ms. Alize, whose patience, compassion, and dedication have made a significant impact on our child's growth and development. I'm speechless with the amount of amazing care my son has had here. His therapists Eliza and Liz are just so incredible! My son has shown unbelievable improvement since he started seeing them and I can't thank them enough! I also love the ladies in the front office. Janelly always greets us with a smile and is super helpful. Will always recommend this place 🙂

My children and I began our journey with AZOPT at the lowest point in our lives. My kids have received various therapies here including occupational, physical, feeding and soon speech. AZOPT has been nothing short of a blessing in our healing process. The therapists are not only highly skilled, but they’re also warm, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. They’ve created a safe, encouraging environment where kids feel supported and confident to overcome challenges. One of my children has already graduated from occupational therapy and thanks to their guidance she continues to make leaps at home as well as continuing to thrive in food therapy. EVERY therapist we’ve worked with has been patient, thoughtful, skilled, and deeply trustworthy. In a time when trust didn’t come easily, AZOPT created a space where my children felt safe enough to grow and explore again. They truly see each child as an individual and work with their strengths while helping them overcome challenges, all in a way that feels fun and empowering to them!! I can’t thank them enough for the role they’ve played in helping my kids grow stronger, more confident, independent and more joyful each week! If you are looking for a therapy center where your child will be seen, understood, and supported with their whole heart AND deliver real results, THIS IS IT! Love KidsPlace! My son has been going for speech therapy since October and I’ve seen so much improvement from him since he started. My son is very shy around new people but his speech therapist, Addy, made him feel so comfortable right away. He looks forward to going to hang out with her every week! I won't bring my baby anywhere else. Ms Liz has been taking care of my little for a while now and she is amazing. He also has started seeing Ms. Sarah and she is great as well. He giggled so much working with her in speech.

I been taking my son who has hyper and hypotonia to kids place for almost 3 years now. Liz is great with him. He used to wear ankle braces and no longer walks on his toes. He gets stronger by the month.

My son Julian has been going to Kids Place going on a year & he loves it, Ms.Addy is amazing! She has helped him grown so much with his speech! Highly recommend this place & Ms.Addy!

Love the therapists all are great and friendly they have helped my daughter Isabella overcome obstacles and reach so many goals my daughter goes for speech, occupational, and physical therapy here. The front staff is always welcoming and friendly with smiles as they greet you when you come in I truly love this place if I could give more than five stars I would five is truly not enough ❤️

Dana and Abby have been amazing working with my 4 year old daughter. They have been patient with her as she does not warm up to new environments or people quickly. They always have the best suggestions and show genuine care and interest. I love that we can walk in the doors and the front desk staff know my daughter by name. I am so grateful for Kid’s Place and have seen my daughter progress so much!

We love this place! My 5 year old has been going for a year. The front staff always recognizes us and checks us in without me even needing to say anything so the “small town feel” is there that I like.

Dana, her OT, and Sarah, her ST, are both exceptional! I love that we can do a combined session of ST and OT. It works so well having 2 therapists work with her at the same time for a shorter time frame due to her attention span.

My son loves this place alot.
He started when he was about 6 mo with Liz PT. Then when he was about 1.5 it was Julie with speech therapy sad to see her go.
He's restarted PT with Abby, a soon as he see her he runs to her with a big smile on his face and that makes me happy.
There's 2 more that he goes to for OT but I'm bad with names. Everyone is great the lady's in the front amazing. They always communicate with me when it has to do with scheduling. I recommend it

Kids Place East has truly been a blessing for my kids! From day one till now and still now I have seen tremendous improvement. The therapist and staff are AMAZING and always accommodating.

My son has really blossomed thanks to Kids Place. They have so much patience, kindness, and love when it comes to my son’s speech therapy. They are awesome with their approach and always give me tips for continuing treatment when we are home.

Ms addy has made a huge improvement with my daughter. She is very patient with her, and understanding. Our daughter started with only speaking a couple words to now putting sentences together. Her behavior has also improved and has/is learning on communicating her feelings/emotions. Everyone in the front is also super friendly and always try to work around our schedule. The playground is safe and clean please.

Kids Place has been consistently great since we started speech therapy almost two years ago from transferring from another clinic. Ms Addie and Ms Eliza have worked with my son's speech in a playful compassionate way while also being extremely educated and professional! The front desk, Janelly, greets my son by name every time we come in and is so helpful when we need scheduling help! It is very clean and an inviting environment! Can't recommend it enough for all pediatric therapy needs!

My son has gone here for a while and has made so much progress. His PT therapist Ms. Sarah is absolutely wonderful and Jameson truly enjoys going to see her! We are extremely grateful for her and kids place.

My son has received occupational therapy and worked with a few different speech therapists at Kids Place East, which has been a totally transformative experience. He graduated from OT so he just continues with ST. His language and communication skills improve day by day! I am very pleased to obtain services from Kids Place East. Had a great experience with my daughter. They took their time to actually interact with her and was patient. First time coming to a therapy session and we would definitely come back.

My son loves his therapist and has improved so quickly with the help of the ot received here and I have learned so much about ways I can help him with their guidance. When we started coming he was having a hard time writing at all and had struggles with emotions. We've only been here a few months and he's writing his name and most of the time vocalizing how he feels. Thank you to this great, friendly staff for all your hard work.

The OT and Speech Therapists are great with the children here. Very calming and reassuring. The one on one time is great. Would highly recommend.

Kids Place East Gilbert has been amazing with our child. The compassionate approach, patience, and constant communication of the therapists has helped my son significantly improve in behavior, coping skills and speech! He is always excited for each therapy. I highly recommend Kids Place East Gilbert if you are looking for therapists who truly care. The receptionists do an excellent job at reaching out for appointments and are very welcoming at all times.

My daughter just completed OT and I can’t thank Dana enough for working with Alex and being so so patient with her. The change we have seen in her has been amazing and we’re so grateful for the help she has been given! Also, shout out to the ladies at the front desk her are also super friendly and helpful!

My son had speech therapy here for a year and it was fantastic, it helped him prepare for his speech services in preschool and we never had a problem with scheduling or anything like that.

My 6 year old daughter has been going to Kids Place for speech and OT therapy for a couple months now and she enjoys it so much! We see Miss Julie for speech and Mr Owen for OT and they treat my daughter so well and cater to her needs! The front staff is GREAT at communication and are VERY understanding when it comes to schedule changes (which if you know most places are very strict)!! Highly recommend Kids Place (Gilbert) if you are looking for pediatric therapy!!

Ms.Sarah in PT and Ms. Amanda in OT have provided fun, high quality therapies for my child with autism.

I’ve been taking my 5 month old here for 3 months now and his level of progress is amazing! Sarah is awesome and the entire staff is so friendly and nice. They’re also very quick with responses.

Our child is very shy but loves coming to see Mrs. Sara and Mrs. Addie ! We love AZ orthopedic PT 🤍 10/10 recommend couldn’t recommend them enough !

The staff here is incredible! My son (almost 26 mos) is seeing Miss Addy for Speech and I already see changes. He’s been delayed in his milestones since he came 6 weeks early. Miss Addy is loving and patient. Can’t wait to see how much my son grows here!

My kids seem very comfortable with the team they willingly go with no problem so that’s amazing to me. Very friendly staff too!
