Darling received her Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from NOVA Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Throughout her professional career, Darling has worked with a variety of populations and disorders including children with developmental delays, feeding/oral motor disorders, Down syndrome, Autism, childhood apraxia of speech, language-based literacy disorders, fluency disorders, medically fragile children, and articulation/phonological disorders. She has received specialized training in motor speech disorders, feeding assessment/intervention, Autism spectrum disorders, Beckman oral motor assessment and intervention, high tech communication devices, and the picture exchange communication system. Darling is licensed by the board of Arizona and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Originally from Miami, Florida, Darling is excited to explore new opportunities in Arizona!
