AZOPT Welcomes New Therapists
to Glendale and Buckeye!

Jim Mulroy PT, MSPT, CAFS 

Jim joins our growing Glendale clinic, bringing with him his 18 years of experience as a physical therapist! He earned is Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000. He is Certified in Applied Function Science from Gary Gray Institute and has extensive training with Postural Restoration. 

Julie Generoso, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Julie joins AZOPT Buckeye by way of Pennsylvania with 6 years of experience after relocating to Arizona with her husband. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Widener University and is certified in the McKenzie® Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) in 2016.

Blake McDonald, PT, DPT

Blake joins AZOPT Buckeye after completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona. Prior to entering his Doctorate degree, Blake worked for five years in outpatient physical therapy and is eager to share his vast knowledge.
